BrightonCRO approached me to re-design their logo, with a simple brief that it had to use the yellow from their website, be simple but that it needed to be 'cool and current'.
As the client wanted a logo that was cool and current, I chose a circular sans serif typeface. The main focus of the logo should be on the CRO aspect I chose to make these letters slightly thicker.
As the client wanted to keep the logo simple I wanted to incorporate something that would visually represent conversion rate optimisation (a system for increasing the percentage of visitors or actions on a webpage).
I decided to design something that was connected with the letters rather than create a separate icon that sat next to the type. It was also here that I could incorporate the yellow as per the brief.
